With over 40 years of experience in entertainment production, technology integration, and fostering collaboration, I’ve dedicated my career to creating environments where innovation and connection thrive.

Throughout my journey, I’ve been privileged to work in roles that blend creativity with strategic problem-solving—whether at Walt Disney World’s Live Entertainment division or as the founder of TCHNLGY LLC, where I’ve helped businesses and events bring their visions to life. My background in production, marketing, and leadership has always centered around one common goal: creating meaningful, impactful experiences.

As someone whose journey has been rooted in the creative and collaborative aspects of the hospitality industry, I bring a unique perspective to the entrepreneurial space. My deep connection to this field, my ability to bring diverse teams together, and my unwavering belief in the power of collaboration are what drive Proxenia. Hospitality That Makes a Difference

Proxenia in Action: Bringing Hope and Dignity to Those in Need

From my perspective, hospitality isn’t just about creating exceptional guest experiences—it’s about fostering connections, empowering others, and addressing the deeper needs of our communities. While Proxenia’s mission is to inspire and support entrepreneurs in hospitality, I believe we also have a responsibility to extend the principles of hospitality to those who need it most.

One cause I care deeply about is homelessness in America. Through Proxenia’s programs and mentorship, I see an opportunity to support individuals and organizations working tirelessly to restore dignity, hope, and opportunity to those living on the margins of society.

Greek culture has always inspired me, particularly the value of xenia—the concept of welcoming and caring for strangers as if they were honored guests.

  • In Homer’s Odyssey, Odysseus is shipwrecked and washed ashore on the island of the Phaeacians. Nausicaa, the daughter of King Alcinous, discovers him and ensures he is clothed, fed, and guided to her father’s palace, where he is treated with kindness and generosity. The Phaeacians ultimately help him return home.
  • Similarly, in the Biblical parable of the Good Samaritan, Christ tells of the Samaritan and the innkeeper, who together cared for an injured and destitute traveler. Their mutual trust and partnership illustrate the profound impact of collaboration in serving others.

These stories remind us of our shared humanity and the transformative power of compassion and community.
